This was already said on my Dailymile but I thought the photo better illustrated it:

Instead of being smart and just doing a quick recovery run tonight, I decided to set the treadmill to 1% incline and increase the speed every 1/5 of a mile. I am a crazy person, but this felt sweaty and awesome.

And on a related note, I finally understand why people complain about sweat running into their eyes. Gross.
