I need help

Can someone:

1) buy me a bike

2) teach me how to ride a bike in a city and not get hit by car

3) show me how to swim for fitness (aka not doggie paddle)

4) recommend some trail runs near DC that I can do by myself and not get lost/raped

5) demonstrate how to use weights so I can strength train?

Obviously my mind is on crosstraining. 

If anyone has answers to any of the above questions, please let me know!
